Our highly experienced recruiters do all the heavy lifting for you, from reading and rating all applications received, shortlisting and conducting initial phone interviews to assess an applicants suitability for your organisation and will only present you with the best possible candidates who meet your selection criteria.
We work closely with you to set up first and second interviews to fit around your busy schedule. We’re on hand at each step to offer advice and support as needed.
Once you’ve narrowed down your preferred candidates we complete referee checks on your behalf.
If skills based, psychometric, police or drug testing is a prerequisite for the role, we can facilitate these for you as well (additional charges may apply).
The Job Offer

The final step is to ensure a happy fit, so we’ll check in with both you and your new employee, one week after start date and again after one month to ensure the induction and onboarding process is progressing smoothly.
